Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. My goal is to provide the best service possible to all clients, and I appreciate your understanding when it comes to scheduling policies. To help maintain a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation policy below. 1. Notice Period: - Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. 2. Late Cancellations: - Cancellations made within the 48 hours window before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. 3. No-Shows: - If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the service fee. 4. Multiple Cancellations/No-Shows: - Clients who frequently cancel late or miss appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments or may not be considered for future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals: - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, or you may need to reschedule, and a [partial/full] fee may apply. 6. Exceptions: - Emergencies and unavoidable situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate as soon as possible. 7. How to Cancel: - Clients can cancel appointments via txt, email, or online booking system. Important Notes: - This policy is in place to ensure that both your time and the time of other clients are respected. - Fees may be waived at the discretion of the hairstylist based on the situation. - All cancellation fees must be paid before booking any new appointments.
